Anchor Packers Australia
Get ready to elevate your construction efficiency with Anchor Packers Australia’s groundbreaking solution! Say goodbye to the complexity and time-consuming processes traditionally associated with installing anchors. Our innovative all-in-one system is set to transform the way you construct dams, bridges, and other critical infrastructure.
Why wait for multiple operations when you can drill and grout in a single step? Our cutting-edge Anchor Packers and Digital Grout Interface streamline the installation process, ensuring a secure and reliable hold with minimal effort. This means fewer steps, less equipment, and reduced labor costs, directly translating to savings in both time and money.
Our unique system seals your construction worries away, preventing water ingress and securing structural integrity from the get-go. With Anchor Packers Australia, your project will not only progress faster but also stand stronger against the test of time.
6 Step Process
1. Anchor Installation
1. Anchor Installation
The anchor packer assembly is inserted into the drilled hole, with rubber glands inflated to form an airtight seal, enabling a one-step drill and grout process without the need for re-drilling or initial waterproofing.
2. Grout Injection
2. Grout Injection
Grout is pumped into the anchor's inner annulus up to a specific hydrostatic pressure, then into the outer annulus. The system maintains pressure to prevent water ingress and ensure the anchor is set firmly within the foundation.
3. Simplified Grouting Option
3. Simplified Grouting Option
A simplified process can be employed using pre-grouted anchors from the factory, allowing just the outer annulus to be filled on-site, saving time and further simplifying the operation.
4. Grout Refusal and Pressure Maintenance
4. Grout Refusal and Pressure Maintenance
After both the inner and outer annuli are filled, the process stops when grout refusal is reached. Water pressure is then maintained for four hours to secure the grout.
5. Anchor Bar Setting
5. Anchor Bar Setting
Once the anchor bar has set within the grout, the pressure is released, and the assembly can be removed, readying the hole for the next anchor installation. Any remaining space is then filled with grout.
6. Digital Grout Interface (DGI)
6. Digital Grout Interface (DGI)
The DGI automates the grouting, controlling flow, and monitoring the process with minimal manual input. It ensures the hole is filled correctly, logs data for quality control, and performs flush functions to keep the system clean and operational.
